Regional Restrictions
The agreement explicitly lists the countries and territories where services are not offered. Users residing in the following regions are not served:
- Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Statia and Sint Maarten
- France, the Netherlands, the Republic of Cyprus and Estonia
- Singapore, the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom
- Israel, Iran, Italy, North Korea, Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan
- The Kahnawake Mohawk Territory in Canada
Turkey is not included on this restriction list.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Payment processing is organized into two method groups:
